Good-Better-Naturally is operated by the GBN LIMITED. The use of good-better-naturally.com is thus regulated through the general terms and condition (GTC) of GBN LIMITED.

A. General Provisions

The general terms and conditions (GTC) of the GBN LIMITED are constituting and governing the contractual relationship between the users of www-good-better-naturally.com (hereinafter "Good-Better-Naturally") and the GBN LIMITED as operating company (hereinafter "the company"). These general terms and conditions (GTC) are further governing the services offered by Good-Better-Naturally, its use, as well as the content available at Good-Better-Naturally.

By pressing the "I have read the GTC and I accept them!" button and pressing the "next" button during the course of registration, the user acknowledges and accepts the general terms and conditions as well their validity.

In case that the contents of the general terms and conditions vary in other languages to the English language, the English version takes precedence. This applies further to the services offered at Good-Better-Naturally, the rules of the contests as well as to all other types of information provided at Good-Better-Naturally.

The GBN LIMITED provides at www.good-better-naturally.com a platform for the connection between private persons and companies. The users can participate by submitting electronically information about their companies and products via, image-, and text-files.

The company reserves the right to exclude users from the participation of the services offered at Good-Better-Naturally at any time and without any declaration of reasons.

The company reserves the right to save and process user data in an anonymized form for reasons of marketing research. The same conditions apply as described in the company's "data privacy statement".

On suspicion of fraud or manipulation of company information, the company is authorized to hand on related information of the concerned user (to the authorities and third parties who are responsible for the solution of such cases.)
B. Intellectual Property

With the registration at Good-Better-Naturally, the user acknowledges and accepts that the whole website www.good-better-naturally.com, including subpages, is intellectual property (both in intellectual as well as creational terms) of the GBN LIMITED.

Contents created and uploaded by users remain intellectual property of the user. The users however grant to the company the timely and geographically unlimited and irrevocable right of publishing this content gratuitously and free of charge, as well as to reproduce, to change and to process it.
C. Liability
1.) The users of good-better-naturally cannot claim indemnity toward the company and their providers due to system breakdowns or delayed, erroneous or manipulated data transfer, as long as they have not been caused by grossly negligently acts of the company.

The company cannot be held liable for harms and damages caused by incorrect or abusive uses of the user account.

Responsibility over submitted contest contributions (video-, audio-, image-, and text files) lies exclusively by the concerned user. Also the intellectual property of a contest contribution remains by the concerned user. The company cannot be held liable for copyright violations through other users. The company only undertakes the examination of contest contributions regarding conformity with good behavior and prevailing law.
D. Protection of data
- The conditions as described in the company’s “data privacy statement” apply with regard to the protection of user data.
E. Account and conditions of participation

Registration at Good-Better-Naturall is required in order to upload company information’s. To complete the registration process, the user has to enter his personal information correctly in the registration form. After sending his registration form via the online system, the user will receive a notification-email containing a link to confirm his registration. The user has to activate his account by clicking on the received confirmation link. The user can participate on Good-Better-Naturally immediately after the activation of his account.

Each user can only open one account at Good-Better-Naturally. The registration and use of various user accounts via the provision of erroneous data and/or wrong names is not permitted. Should a user have various Good-Better-Naturally accounts, the accounts will be closed.

All the damages caused by the abusive and fraudulent use of a user account, can be charged to the person who has caused the damages. Moreover, and until revoked, the user will be blocked from the participation.

On suspicion of illegal activities of a user, the company reserves the right to examine the case and eventually report it to the responsible authorities. All the preceding points of the general terms and conditions remain valid.

The content created and uploaded by the user is recorded and controlled by the company. The company reserves the right to delete contribution from Good-Better-Naturally, if they do not comply with the general terms and conditions, with the prevailing law and/or with common good behavior.
F. Account cancellation

Both contractual partners of Good-Better-Naturally can terminate a user account at any time and with immediate effect without any statement of reasons.

The user can request the cancellation of his user account by sending his username and password via email to termination@good-better-naturally.com

The cancellation of a user account implies that the user account will be deactivated and deleted within a processing time of 10 days. The cancellation of a user account implies that the user will not be able anymore to login at Good-Better-Naturally and to participate
G. Monetary transactions
- Good-Better-Naturally offers various money payment mechanisms.
I. Governing Law
- All legal relations between the GBN Limided and the users of Good-Better-Naturally are governed by Canadian law. This includes eventual disputes that may arise, as well as the termination and validity of these relations. Place of jurisdiction and fulfillment is Canada.
J. Severability clause
If a provision of this agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect: i) the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision of this agreement; or ii) the validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision of this agreement.
